Service Appointment Coordinator

Stellenbeschreibung:

Our client is into repairing and servicing all sort of cars and trucks throughout Europe. In your new role in customer service / customer support you will be part of a team of dedicated and trained staff; focused on capturing and managing all customer contact for the Service Department. You and your co-workers are committed to increasing service drive traffic while developing, maintaining and enhancing the customer's overall experience. Contacts are both inbound calls (Customer to Dealership) and outbound calls (Dealership to Prospect/Customer). These contacts are primarily via telephone. The Service Coordinator is a key player in the Service Department for fostering positive customer relations; as they are usually the first point of contact for the service appointment process.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Receive ALL inbound calls to the Service Department.
  2. Maintain a friendly and efficient manner while answering customer's questions and providing general or related service information over the phone.
  3. Use detailed scripts to handle Customer's concerns.
  4. Set service appointments and arrange any other necessary details (i.e. parts, rental etc).
  5. Make outbound calls to existing customers for appointment confirmation and follow-up if necessary.
  6. Conduct customer satisfaction calls following the service visit.
  7. Keeping current with coupons, direct mail pieces and all service specials.
  8. Maintain vehicle product knowledge.

Ideal Candidates (m/f/d) have:

  1. Excellent Customer Service experience.
  2. Outstanding communications skills.
  3. Detail-oriented.
  4. Strong phone presence and skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task.
  6. Basic computer knowledge.
  7. Professional appearance and work ethic.
  8. Enthusiastic and enjoys being a team player, but also self-sufficient and able to work independently.
  9. Can work shifts.
  10. Fluent in (Swedish) OR (Danish) OR (Spanish and German).
