• You advise our guests and make personalised recommendations for the food and drinks on offer.
• You prepare the mise-en-place in the service area.
• You inspire our guests with enthusiasm for the hotel's products and actively offer them.
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to our guests at all times.

• Completed training in the catering industry or professional experience in á la carte service
• A competent and cordial demeanour
• A sincere guest and service orientation
• A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
• Communication and teamwork skills
• A high level of initiative and sales talent
• Good knowledge of German and English
