Key Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance, after‑sales inspections, and servicing of agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and related equipment.
Provide technical support to dealers , coordinate product line rectification activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage equipment repair projects.
Conduct regular customer visits , perform equipment inspections, and manage acceptance checks and maintenance for newly arrived machines.
Ensure timely spare parts supply , support the execution of spare parts sales plans, and contribute to improved customer satisfaction.
Analyze, evaluate, and diagnose technical problems , carry out mechanical repairs, and replace faulty components.
Submit service reports accurately and on time, and work closely with China‑based engineers and sales teams to support customer needs.

Qualifications

Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service or after‑sales service; experience in the agricultural machinery industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English as a working language.
