Your role

As a Service Engineer, you will provide expert repair services and support for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your expertise ensures the performance and longevity of our customers’ technologies and supports the operational success and technological advancement of the industries we serve.

Your Responsibilities Include

Technical advice and support for our customers worldwide
Project support
Support for commissioning pumps and systems and fault analysis
Sales of service products and services
Expansion of after‑sales activities for systematic market development
Instruction and training of customers remotely/on site

Requirements

Graduate engineer / bachelor’s / master’s degree / technician (m/f/d) specializing in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or processes
Knowledge of oscillating pumps, plants and pipeline design
Professional experience in the maintenance, repair and servicing of machines and plants (pumps, large valves, compressors) is advantageous
Experience in control engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics is beneficial
Willingness to travel internationally for limited periods of time
Good MS Office skills
Good written and spoken English skills

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Leonberg, Baden-Württemberg. You will join a dynamic service team, working remotely and on site in Leonberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany (DE).
