Service Engineer / Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for additional Service Engineers / Technicians to join our growing team to realize the future of Metal Additive Manufacturing.

Your role

• Provide expert after‑sales support via phone, email, and on‑site visits
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot some of the world’s largest metal additive manufacturing systems and the smaller part of the family
• Work hands‑on at customer sites and ensure smooth production operations
• Collaborate with R&D and pre‑sales engineers to develop application‑specific solutions
• Identify optimization potentials and contribute to continuous improvements
• Document processes and share insights with the technical team

Your profile

• Passion for 3D printing / additive manufacturing and a hands‑on mindset
• Technical education in mechanical / electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Ideally completed apprenticeship (IHK Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Industriemechaniker, etc.) with practical experience in machinery or equipment service
• Strong PC skills and solution‑oriented thinking
• Good English skills, additional languages are a plus
• Highly customer‑focused, independent, and proactive
• High willingness to travel internationally
