Job title: Intern Service Operation

Your role: In this role, you have the opportunity to support the team for leading and managing the European Central Service Operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at scale to secure customer retention for life.

To succeed in the role you’ll need excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail and a strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks. You will work closely with other teams and departments to ensure Customer Service Level Agreements and Support Operational Key Performance Indicator in your Geography of responsibility are met.

Required qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ideally Biomedical), Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Language and Soft Skills

• Fluent in both the local language and English
• Leader, Flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic is ultimately accountable for the service delivery to customers
