Responsibilities

  • Lead and support after‑sales projects across the company’s product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to continuously enhance and optimize the after‑sales service offering.
  • Work in close coordination with the local Service Manager to ensure effective support during the launch of new service initiatives, including planning and execution of all relevant activities.
  • Monitor and validate all prerequisites and essential steps required for the successful rollout of each program, ensuring readiness prior to go‑live.
  • Oversee program timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
  • Participate actively in all testing procedures to ensure thorough and effective validation processes.
  • Lead the transfer and implementation of processes within the sales units, ensuring clear communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management
  • Solid professional experience in After Sales, Service Coordination, or Technical Customer (f‑m‑d) Support
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Willingness to travel in accordance with business requirements
  • Experience in working with data analytics platforms, ideally with Qlik Sense
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
