About the Position

As a Service Technician for main component exchanges, you’ll be part of a team responsible for replacing and repairing key components of wind turbines. You will work in teams of 2–8 technicians, often collaborating with external partners such as crane operators and transport crews. Your tasks include component exchanges, implementing retrofits to improve turbine performance, and documenting all work using digital tools.

Your site presence greatly influences team collaboration, day-to-day operations, and the sustained effectiveness of clean energy initiatives throughout the region.

What You’ll Need To Thrive

• Completed vocational qualification in Electrical engineering, Metalwork, Mechanical/Automotive engineering, or Building and Supply technology
• Ability to work independently and create technical documentation
• Comfortable using Microsoft and iOS systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Fluent German and Basic English
