Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time ServiceNow Administrator/Developer position based in Kaiserslautern, Germany (Patch Barracks).
Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification offers tax exemption benefits for both Germany and the US, among other perks.

Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow-based products in a dynamic environment, contributing to enterprise ServiceNow success through technical consultation, requirements gathering, and deployment.
- Support the increase in requirements across the command, designing, developing, testing, and debugging ServiceNow modules, including enhancements.
- Guide stakeholder understanding of the IT Services lifecycle, promote platform use through outreach and training, and address CSDM challenges.
- Manage service catalog items, portals, user experiences, core data, and configuration items, ensuring high-quality updates and configurations.
- Consult on business process modifications based on platform knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or SAM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular scripting.
- Certifications in ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Fundamentals, CMDB Fundamentals, and ITSM.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Vancouver, ITIL Release, Control, and Validation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, HTML/CSS, SOAP, and REST API.
Travel Requirements
- Active Passport; occasional overnight travel may be required.
Work Environment
- Office setting, sitting at a desk, working at a computer most of the day.
- May require short-distance travel within the site.
