We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a ServiceNow Partner, delivering a long-term Hardware Asset Management project for a leading pharmaceutical end customer.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on ServiceNow development within the HAM module.
• Full setup and configuration of the CMDB from scratch.
• Designing and implementing best‑practice solutions for Hardware Asset Management.
• Providing technical consulting and guidance to the client team.
• Supporting integration and data quality activities across the platform.

Skillset

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven track record with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and CMDB implementations.
• Solid consulting and solution design skills.
• Fluent German (spoken & written) is essential.
• Experience in pharma / regulated industries is desirable.
