ServiceNow Consultant (f / m / d)– remote – 9 month - ASAP

Currently we are looking for a / -n ServiceNow Consultant (f / m / d)

Task:

• ServiceNow Consulting
• Advising Customer in the field of ServiceNow integrations from functional and technical perspective
• Prepare & Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements
• Analyze existing workflows, dependencies, and HR system integrations (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday)
• Identify gaps and define objectives for the ServiceNow integration

Requirement:

• Design the integration architecture, including data flows, mapping, and system interfaces
• Specify integration points, required APIs, and middleware components to ensure scalability and security.
• Proven experience in managing the integration of ServiceNow with various HR systems, including ERP solutions
• Profound knowledge of ERP system integrations, especially via REST web services, including design of REST based APIs and understanding of authentication methods
• Extensive experience in general Human Resource Management systems and requirements definition for HR applications

Duration: 9 month

Workload: 4-5 days per week
