ServiceNow Custom Integrations Specialist – Full Time, 6 weeks

Time : 6 weeks, immediate start, full time

We’re looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and build custom integrations linking applications likeSuccessFactors with ServiceNow’s AI Search .

The role focuses on creating and maintaining custom connectors and integration logic using ServiceNow APIs and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom connectors between ServiceNow and external systems (SuccessFactors, LeanIX, Arix).
• Integrate data and workflows into the ServiceNow AI Search experience.
• Use IntegrationHub , REST/SOAP APIs , and custom scripts to create reliable integrations.
• Document data mappings, workflows, and technical designs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs , IntegrationHub , and JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors , LeanIX , or Arix (ideally all three).
• Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, API keys).
• Familiarity with AI Search or Now Assist is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
