ServiceNow Developer

We’re supporting a global customer on a major ServiceNow transformation and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the project remotely from within Germany.

Location: Remote (Germany)
Contract: 6-Month Rolling
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement new features and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customise core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Catalog)
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and workflows following best practices
• Support integrations with external tools and systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
• Contribute to platform governance, testing, and release cycles

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and module configuration
• Proficiency with scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)
• Experience with Flow Designer or Service Portal development is an advantage
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
• Based in Germany with eligibility to work as a contractor
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
