Aufgaben

Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows for our enterprise customers.
Configure and customize modules such as ITSM and ITOM (must‑have), as well as HRSD, CSM, or App Engine.
Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Participate in customer meetings, document requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and continuous platform improvements.

Profil

You have ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and ideally Certified Application Developer (CAD).
You bring 2–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
You have solid skills in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide, and IntegrationHub.
You have experience with ITSM and ITOM modules – HRSD or CSM are a plus.
You’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both technical and business teams.
You’re organized, self‑motivated, and take initiative to drive solutions forward.
You already live in Germany and are eligible to work here (work permit required).
