ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Overview
I’m working with a leading client who is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join on a 12-month contract.
This is a remote role based in Germany, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver ITOM solutions at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver best-in-class implementations
• Ensure integration of ITOM with wider ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Architect
• Strong background in IT Operations Management and related modules (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Service Mapping)
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration best practices
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)

• 12-month contract
• Remote (Germany-based role)
