Job Title: ServiceNow Manager / ServiceNow Practice Lead (m/f/d)

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading consultancy / enterprise organization, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for managing ServiceNow teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning the platform with business and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)
  • Own the ServiceNow roadmap, governance, and platform strategy
  • Manage internal teams and/or external partners, developers, and administrators
  • Act as the main stakeholder interface between IT, business units, and senior management
  • Ensure best practices in architecture, security, performance, and scalability
  • Oversee ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and platform performance
  • Support pre‑sales, project scoping, and effort estimation (for consulting environments)
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and data protection standards

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience with ServiceNow , including leadership or management responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module
  • Experience managing teams, vendors, or offshore/onshore delivery models
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT landscapes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands‑on mindset with the ability to switch between strategy and execution
  • Fluent in English (German is a strong advantage, depending on location)

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules)
  • ITIL v3 / v4
