A global partner of ServiceNow, offering end-to-end consulting services to customers to modernise their service management and business workflows, is currently searching for experts in ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand business requirements
• Create workflows and data models for ITSM, IRM, SecOps, HR or CSM
• Focus on implementation and customising in ServiceNow according to requirements
• Take part in customer workshops
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting
• Deep technical knowledge in ServiceNow modules ideally ITSM
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Fluent German and English
