Responsibilities
- As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect you play a critical success role in the collaboration with other architects, our development teams, and internal customers to provide technical guidance related to ServiceNow and other platforms.
- You understand customer requirements and are able to translate them into technical solutions that align with customer expectations and our strategy.
- You design customer‑focused solutions with emphasis on performance, security, and scalability based on technology‑specific best practices and standards.
- You oversee continuous architectural improvements and the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring end‑to‑end interoperability.
- You support high‑level architectural decision proposals, including high‑level design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints for our entire portfolio.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable field.
- Experience and Knowledge: multiple years specializing in ServiceNow architecture for large enterprises, underlined by certifications in multiple ServiceNow modules; deep understanding of modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, Employee Center, ITAM, ITOM, etc.; experience in foundation architecture (CSDM & CMDB) and integration architecture (API Design); knowledge of design principles, SDLC methodologies and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.); practical understanding of architecture frameworks and modelling.
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment; strong organisational and time‑management skills; analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German.
Salary & Benefits
In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86,000 EUR for a 35‑hour week. Additional performance‑related pay, bonus based on company success, and employer benefits such as the Bosch pension plan are available. We will discuss remuneration details during the application process.
