ServiceNow Technical Architect

ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA Certified)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience and a CTA Certified (+ CMA) credential to guide our ServiceNow platform capability architects in building a healthy, scalable, and best‑practice based platform that supports customer business applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-wide solutions and guide organizational decisions following best practices to optimize the health of our ServiceNow solution.
• Support enterprise strategy and plans.
• Perform value analysis of AS‑IS and TO‑BE scenarios.
• Develop instance strategies and user‑experience designs to support scalable architecture.
• Review and challenge technical solution designs of multiple teams, organizations, and providers.
• Guide technical decisions following best‑practice OOTB (out of the box) options.
• Review and challenge Customer processes regarding ServiceNow best practices.
• Drive ongoing platform health and upgradability.
• Serve in a dedicated advisory role to support the Customer in architecture decisions.
