ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Germany (Remote / Hybrid)

We are working with consultnacy who is passionate about delivering IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, methods, and tools to help organisations work smarter. As a strategic partner of ServiceNow in Continental Europe, we implement state‑of‑the‑art ITIL solutions for medium and large businesses.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team in Germany. This role blends both business and technical expertise to deliver high‑quality ServiceNow solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. You’ll work closely with customers to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow, as well as mentor other technical consultants. You’ll also play a key role in shaping technical architecture and delivering complex integrations with external systems.

Salary - 70,000 Euros - 110,000 Euros (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Design and define technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
Configure and develop complex ServiceNow functionalities (front‑end and back‑end)
Produce clear and accurate technical documentation
Mentor and coach junior technical consultant
Continuous development and optimization of existing ServiceNow applications

Who You’ll Work With

Internal: Solution Consultants, Project Managers, Architects, Technical Consultants
External: CTOs, architects, developers, IT technical staff, and ServiceNow experts

What You Bring

Technical Skills

4+ years experience working with ServiceNow
3+ years of consulting experience with external customers
Experience in designing, implementing and optimising ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM)
Experience with event‑driven and object‑oriented programming
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Experience in the analysis and implementation of business processes and requirements
ITIL knowledge is a plus
