ServiceNow UX & Portal Technical Consultant

Our client, a global tech organization, is hiring a ServiceNow UX & Portal Technical Consultant to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will take a hands‑on role in bridging design and delivery, as the company rolls out a ServiceNow portal and drives a UX research initiative to deliver a seamless end‑user experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate ServiceNow portal mockups for technical feasibility and propose effective, practical solutions.
• Advise on modules like Content Delivery, Onboarding and others, ensuring minimal customisation.
• Support portal governance and provide clear, actionable guidance to design teams.
• Address ad-hoc requests by turning concepts into workable, implementable solutions.

Skillset

• Extensive hands‑on experience with ServiceNow portals.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing UX design feasibility and managing portal governance.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
