For the custody of our customers in the Großraum Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler we are looking for a Servicetechniker für Flurförderzeuge (m/w/d) in permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment in the Großraum Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues.
• Document the work performed and prepare maintenance reports.
• Advise customers on technical questions and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training – e.g. KFZ-/NFZ‑Mechatroniker, Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Elektroniker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally initial experience in technical service and in dealing with commercial customers (internal/external service); motivated entry‑level applicants are also welcome
• Knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering and hydraulics
• Good organizational skills and enjoyment of independent work
• High reliability and a friendly, professional approach with customers
