During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

We offer you:

• A permanent employment contract from day one
• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
• Two years full of responsibilities, growing, learning and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Currently, we are looking for our Business Units Sales, Motion Control and Factory Automation, for the areas of Sales, Finance, and Process Automation.
• Three individually designed assignments at DI locations, including one eight-month assignment abroad in one of our Siemens locations world-wide.
• Proficient mentoring during the program to support you reaching your individual career goals and guide you to build the future you desire together with us
• Comprehensive and innovative trainings that will fortify your communication and personal skills

• An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in:
• Industrial Engineering (technical or business focus)
• Business Information Systems / Business Informatics / Digital Business
• Computer Science / IT Technology / Data & AI
• Finance
• Electrical Engineering (Automation Technology, Drive Technology, Process or Chemical Engineering)
• Significant practical work experience in the industrial sector and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar.
• A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and/or working abroad
• Your passion for Digitalization and Digital Industries
• Proficiency in English and for some vacancies an intermediate level of German
• Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
