Sheet Metal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements in Europe and collaborate with the headquarters product line management department to define the roadmap for required features.


• Observe and analyze the product lines and market performance of competitors.


• Promote marketing efforts through clear Unique Selling Points (USPs).


• Provide product knowledge support for the local European market.


• Support customer projects requiring special solutions and facilitate communication with the headquarters.


• Directly engage with customers to promote and sell Hymson's laser product portfolio, particularly laser metal cutting machines.


• Develop strategic partnership relationships and initiate innovative applications/solutions at key customer sites.


• Discuss with local European subsidiaries and global headquarters to assist in formulating local business plans.


• Collaborate with distributors and external partners (where applicable) to expand market coverage.


• Launch marketing activities and attend relevant meetings to enhance brand awareness and engagement.


• Personally support customer demonstrations at customer sites and showrooms.

Job Requirements

• Possess mature experience in product line management; experience in the sheet metal industry is preferred.


• Experience in selling laser cutting technology within the sheet metal and pipe processing markets.


• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive working attitude.


• Solid technical background; must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics).


• Strong networking skills, with extensive knowledge of customers and competitors in the parts processing and sheet metal manufacturing industries.


• Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining critical industry connections and internal company networks.


• An open and proactive mindset.


• Willingness to travel within Europe.


• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
