Shift Lead

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Shift Lead

to oversee pharmaceutical packaging operations at our Limburg site. This role sits below the COO and reports directly into site leadership. The successful candidate will manage packaging line performance, lead shift operations, and ensure compliance with GMP standards in a fast-paced CDMO environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise

10–15 operators

within pharmaceutical packaging lines Ensure efficient and effective packaging operations while meeting

short production deadlines Oversee shift leadership and daily operational performance on the packaging floor Maintain strict compliance with

GMP regulations

and quality management standards Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs Support operational continuity and leadership coverage across shifts and weekends Collaborate with site leadership to optimize packaging processes and team performance Requirements 5–10 years of leadership experience

in pharmaceutical packaging or similar regulated manufacturing environments Strong hands-on expertise in

packaging line operations Solid understanding of

GMP regulations

and quality management systems Proven ability to manage teams in a

high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Strong operational mindset with focus on

efficiency and effectiveness Fluent German
