Responsibilities

Leadership & Management of the Shift
Ensuring smooth operational processes in the warehouse, supermarket, and production supply.
Optimal Personnel and Deployment Planning
Effective distribution of employees, resources, and tasks, taking into account capacities and order situation within the responsible shift.
Compliance with Processes & Standards
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to all valid work, safety, and quality guidelines.
Continuous Development of Logistics Processes
Active participation in improvement measures as well as support in the implementation of new standards and systems.
Interface Management
Close collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments to ensure optimal supply processes.

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in the field of warehouse logistics
Ideally supplemented by further training as a logistics master or comparable qualification.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Clear, appreciative communication as well as the ability to motivate employees.
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Problem-solving skills and decision‑making ability in day‑to‑day operations.
Flexibility & commitment
Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime during peak periods.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems/SAP knowledge is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and willingness to familiarize oneself with new tools.
