Shipping & Sorting Associate

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients in the logistics industry. As a Sorting Employee, you will support daily warehouse operations, including scanning, sorting, and transporting packages. This position offers flexible shifts, a modern and safe work environment, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse
• Scan, sort, and prepare packages for dispatch
• Operate technical devices such as scanners, computers, and mobile printers
• Follow safety, quality, and operational standards
• Lift items up to 15 kg and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and squatting

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of German or English
• Physical fitness to stand and walk for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours or more)
• Reliability, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset

Shifts & Working Hours

Full-Time: Early, Medium, Late, Night
Part-Time: Early, Late, Night
Monday to Saturday, 5 working days per week
