Shopify Front-End Developer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Theme Development & Customization: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our Shopify web store using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Customer Journey Optimization: Build dynamic, responsive, and mobile-first user interfaces that provide a flawless shopping experience from the landing page to the checkout flow.
• Technical SEO Implementation: Apply your deep understanding of SEO to our front-end architecture. This includes optimizing site speed (Core Web Vitals), implementing clean semantic HTML, managing schema markup/structured data, and ensuring all code adheres to search engine best practices.
• Performance Tuning: Continuously audit and optimize the website for maximum speed and scalability across all devices and browsers.
• Collaboration: Partner with designers, DTC operational team, and marketers to seamlessly integrate third-party apps(such as Google Search Console), marketing pixels, proprietary Apps, and personalized content strategies (such as dynamic product recommendations).
• Troubleshooting & QA: Identify, debug, and resolve front-end issues to ensure a bug-free experience for our customers.

Your Profile:

• Proven Experience : 3+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong portfolio specifically focused on Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Shopify’s templating language (Liquid), as well as foundational web technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, and vanilla JavaScript). Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• SEO Expertise: A strong understanding of Technical SEO. Knowledge and skills to write code that search engine crawlers love and understand how site architecture impacts organic discovery.
• Design Sensibility: A good eye for UX/UI design principles and the ability to translate mockups into pixel-perfect code.
• Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
• Languages: Full professional working proficiency in English, additional German proficiency is beneficial
