The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Showroom Manager to join our upcoming Diamonds Factory showroom in Hannover . You will inspire and develop a high‑performing team of up to five staff members, uphold our brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence, oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Client Experience & Improvement – Ensure all clients are warmly welcomed, consultatively sold, and feedback is gathered to identify and implement improvements that elevate service standards.
- Product Knowledge – Maintain expert knowledge of our jewellery collections and conduct regular training to boost the team’s product expertise.
- Sales Performance – Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and KPIs, promoting a consultative, customer‑focused approach while managing the store’s Profit & Loss performance.
- Market & Performance Insights – Conduct local competitor analysis and monitor store KPIs to identify trends, inform strategic initiatives, and drive store growth and market competitiveness.
- Operational Management – Oversee CRM and internal systems to accurately process bespoke orders, manage enquiries, and collaborate with the Operations Team to maintain stock accuracy and minimise loss.
- Showroom Presentation & Maintenance – Oversee all aspects of showroom presentation, visual merchandising, daily cleanliness, and coordination with maintenance to keep the store visually appealing.
- Security & Loss Prevention – Implement and enforce security protocols to protect merchandise and prevent theft.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure the store operates in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies by overseeing team training and promoting a safe work environment.
- Success in this role looks like – Consistently achieving or exceeding store sales targets, fostering a high‑performing and engaged team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence through accurate and efficient processes.
Skills You’ll Bring
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar luxury retail environment with a strong sales track record.
- Proven leadership skills coaching and motivating high‑performing retail teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded.
- Skilled in building relationships with high‑end clientele and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including exceptional listening and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to evolving role requirements.
- Proficiency in new software and the ability to quickly grasp new systems.
- A genuine passion for luxury products and a discerning eye for aesthetics.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in product handling, visual merchandising, and client communications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Impeccable personal presentation and alignment with brand aesthetic.
- A proactive and results‑driven mindset, combined with a sincere commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trade periods.
- English & German – required for this position.
