Stellenbeschreibung:

Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, you are the future of innovation and leadership. That’s why the global Siemens Energy Graduate Program can help you unleash your full potential. With guidance from experienced mentors, extensive training opportunities, and the chance to expand your global network, you will grow both your career and your personal capabilities.

What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments — including an eight‑month international placement — you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

You will assist in identifying and optimizing spare parts packages by analyzing service data and technical documentation. You will help compile, structure, and standardize technical information to create and maintain packages in company systems, documenting each step in line with team guidelines. You will support routine reviews of existing catalogs to ensure data accuracy and optimize for cost and availability, while troubleshooting and correcting database inconsistencies to improve package quality.

You will serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries on package availability and configuration, collaborate with logistics, sales, and service teams to clarify requirements for customer orders, and help drive process improvements by sharing ideas and capturing best practices.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

What You Bring

  • Technical and analytical proficiency in SAP applications, record keeping, order processing, and troubleshooting/problem solving, combined with strong communication and behavioral strengths in active listening, accountability, and customer relationship management.
  • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
  • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
