Job Details

• Location: BVB Stadium in Dortmund
• Duration: 01/12/2025 to 31/05/2026
• Type: Freelance contract
• Rotation: 20 hours a week – part time
• Project: Arena

Responsibilities

• Efficient and comprehensive management of the cold and hot commissioning process in collaboration with the respective service and component providers (BESS container, PE inverter, Siemens MV transformation, overall electrical installation, integration of PV‑plant interface, etc., in conjunction with a non‑scope Solar project).
• Oversee the BESS container, electrical installation, PE inverter (expected delivery CW3/2026), and MV transformation (expected arrival March 2026) to achieve project closure in May 2026.
• Use knowledge of electrical and commissioning to handle the unique stadium environment and complex interfaces.
• Provide flexible stakeholder management and support for a part‑time (20 hours/week) workload starting December 2025, with full participation by January 2026 until May 2025 (as referenced in the original description).

Qualifications

• Experience of site and commissioning management with an electrical /C&I background required.
• Knowledge of electrical and commissioning processes in stadium environment.
• Flexibility and stakeholder management skills appreciated.
