We are looking to appoint an experienced people leader for a small pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, based in Berlin.

Having supported this speciality pharmaceutical business with the expansion of their business across Northern Europe and the UK over the past two years, this latest position represents a business critical hire, as there are exciting site expansion plans for this facility.

Leading a site of less than 30 people, this requires a hands on, visible leadership style. Managing projects and taking a direct presence in all site hiring plans, you will need to focus on team engagement, as well as ensuring that the facility meets the increasing commercial demands.

This position will need to be based predominantly on site 4 days per week.

You do not need to be a Site Manager to take this role on – you might be stepping up from leading a Production, Quality or Engineering team and are keen to take a step up into wider responsibilities. Leadership is the focus over specific technical capability.

Experience

• Experienced within pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership – this could be from any form of quality or operations
• GMP experience
• Radiopharmaceutical experience or knowledge beneficial
• People management essential – ideally of direct and indirect teams
• Very strong communication skills – fluence in English and German essential
