Serving as the primary interface to the customer, I handle all contractual matters and maintain strong relationships with authorities and relevant organizations.

• Overseeing on‑site workforce management, I drive all activities to meet contractual milestones, schedules, and budget requirements.
• Ensuring clear communication of Scope of Work (SoW) and Division of Work (DoW), I also manage on‑site change processes and variation orders for subcontractors.
• Maintaining full responsibility for quality, documentation, testing procedures, and customer acceptance in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Promoting a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture, I lead major EPC converter station and complex consortium projects as Senior Site Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.

• 6+ years of Site Management experience in large energy or industrial construction projects.
• Fluent in German and English (B2-C1).
• Strong commercial and contractual skills; solid experience in Civil Works, Installation, and/or Commissioning.
• Certified HSE knowledge and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Valid driving license.
