We are looking for an experienced site manager for the insulation department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of major projects in the field of technical insulation - from work preparation to construction and invoicing.
• Coordination, control and monitoring of all trades and subcontractors involved in the construction, while adhering to schedules, budgets and quality and safety standards.
• Direct communication with clients, authorities and project participants - solution-oriented, binding and based on partnership.
• Preparation and checking of measurements and support with invoicing in cooperation with project management and controlling.
• Assisting with quality assurance, carrying out documentation during construction and recognizing and reporting deviations in the construction process.

Requirements

• Completed training or studies as a technician, master craftsman or engineer - ideally with a focus on technical building equipment or insulation.
• Several years of professional experience in the construction management of technical projects - preferably in the field of insulation technology, fire protection or plant construction.
• Strong customer orientation, organizational talent and assertiveness - you maintain an overview even in complex construction projects and make clear decisions.
• Willingness to travel within Germany on a project-related basis - with the flexibility to adapt to changing locations.
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with industry-specific software (e.g. for construction scheduling or measurement processing).
