We are growing and are looking for you to join our Team in Goeppingen.As a multi-award-winning architectural firm, we plan and realize challenging, socially relevant projects - from educational and administrative buildings to fire stations and modern municipal facilities.for our Goeppingen location, we are looking for a committed personality who is passionate about building, takes responsibility and confidently manages construction processes.

In this role, you are the central interface between planning and execution:

• Coordination of all trades and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
• Contact person for specialist planners, companies and project participants
• Guidance and coordination of colleagues on the construction site
• Conducting construction meetings and documenting construction progress
• Ensuring smooth processes and early problem solving
• Participation in exciting, regionally relevant projects of public importance
• Checking execution details and ensuring quality standards
• Responsibility for occupational safety and orderly construction site structures

Your profile

You bring expertise, an overview and clarity to complex construction processes:

• Degree in architecture and registered member of the Chamber of Architects
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Sound knowledge of LPH 6-8
• Confident dealings with companies, specialist planners and construction stakeholders
• Very good technical understanding, eye for detail and economic thinking
• Assertiveness and clear communication at eye level
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and organizational skills
• Very good written and spoken German (C2/native language)
• Advantageous: Experience in working with Vectorworks and Orca AVA
