Site Manager (m/f/d) – Funeral Services

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager (m/f/d) to establish and lead a new branch in Cologne or Düsseldorf. As part of a modern, digital funeral service provider, you will play an essential role in supporting families during some of the most sensitive moments of their lives.

You will manage funeral arrangements independently, coordinate with cemeteries and crematoriums, and ensure the consistent delivery of our high-quality service standards. This position offers meaningful work, operational ownership, and the opportunity to build a new location from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently organize and execute funeral services
  • Provide empathetic, professional support to bereaved families
  • Coordinate with crematoriums, cemeteries, and external service partners
  • Ensure adherence to company quality and service standards
  • Build and expand the new location with support from the headquarters team
  • Operate efficiently using our digital tools and streamlined processes

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the funeral industry (e.g., funeral director, grief counselor, cemetery administration)
  • Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and willingness to work directly with grieving families
  • Hands‑on mentality and motivation to build a new operational site
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Preferred

  • Experience in project management, customer service, or operational leadership
