Site Manager (permanent or contract)

A €2bn+ international Transmission & Distribution infrastructure project in Germany is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a safety-first, zero-harm organisation .

This is a long-term international assignment (18 months, likely extending to 2 years) on a flagship project, working to international HSE standards where safety leadership is non-negotiable.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large T&D or major infrastructure projects
• Previous international project experience (essential)
• Strong track record working within a Zero Harm / safety-led environment
• Experience delivering works under international HSE frameworks
• Confident site leadership across contractors, subcontractors, and interfaces

• 18-month initial contract (very likely to extend to 2 years)
