Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day on-site installation and construction activities in Bavaria. This role is critical to ensuring

safe, high-quality, and on-time project delivery

through close coordination with the Customer, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise

pre-lay activities

for power cable systems and act as the primary on-site liaison with the Customer and third parties. Coordinate daily planning between the Customer, Civil Works contractors, and Cable Laying subcontractors. Monitor cable laying operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements. Conduct civil works checks and infrastructure inspections. Maintain detailed daily site reports and activity logs. Supervise backfilling operations, ensuring proper cable protection and quality standards. Manage on-site personnel, logistics, and assets. Enforce HSE policies and ensure strict adherence to site safety rules. Support preparation of method statements and technical documentation in collaboration with Installation Engineering. Assist management with progress tracking, issue reporting, and workflow optimization. Qualifications & Experience 2–4 years of experience in construction or installation site supervision (cable industry preferred). Practical knowledge of land-based installation activities and technical documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (knowledge of cable/accessory design is a plus). Strong leadership and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills in client and subcontractor environments. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficient in

MS Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD , and web-based tools. Fluent in

German and English

(written and spoken). Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended time on-site (60–70%). Contract Details Duration:
