Social Media & Content Creator

We are the team behind LEO MATHILD and LM STUDIO, two fine jewelry brands based in the heart of Berlin. We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time in our Kurfürstendamm office and help bring our brand stories to life across social media.
This is a creative and hands-on role — perfect for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, content creation, and the world of luxury jewelry. You will work closely with our marketing team to create, edit, and publish content for our brand channels, ensuring our aesthetic and tone of voice are consistent.

Your responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day content execution for two brand accounts (LM Studio & Leo Mathild)
- Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Film and edit Reels & Stories (CapCut, VN, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Prepare graphic posts and carousels (Figma knowledge is a plus)
- Crop, resize, and reformat visuals for each platform
- Organize and maintain photo/video libraries in shared drives
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand aesthetic

What you bring
- Passion for jewelry, diamonds, and aesthetics
- Experience in social media content creation (junior or mid-level)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, VN; Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Photo editing skills are an advantage
- Familiarity with Figma or other design tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of social media trends and formats
- Strong sense of style, attention to detail, and visual composition
- Self-motivated, reliable, and well-organized
- Friendly, collaborative personality with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Details
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (40 hours/week)
Location: 100% in-office, Berlin (Kurfürstendamm)
Start date: As soon as possible
Level: Junior to Mid-Level
