• Strategically plan, produce, and manage multi-platform content, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality and innovative Reels, Posts, and Stories.
• Lead the end-to-end project management of social media initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overarching brand objectives and cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Continuously test and refine content formats and posting strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high standard of community management, fostering meaningful engagement across DMs, comments, Story mentions and other tagged content.
• Integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns, including product launches, retail partnerships, and events.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and creators to enhance brand visibility and impact.
• Actively contribute to the ideation of standout campaigns and lead the testing of innovative content formats.
• Stay at the forefront of platform updates, trends, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Your profile

Hard Skill Requirements

Digital marketing knowledge & best practices and familiarity with content creation.

• In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific trends, and best practices
• Proven ability to create engaging content (visual and written) tailored to each platform.
• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to execute social media strategies
• Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) to track performance and inform strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Basic knowledge of tools within our existing tech stack, including CRMs, project management tools, and analytics tools.
• You’re also comfortable with AI & love to find new, creative ways to leverage it to improve your ideas, content, work, processes, etc.

• Project Ownership: Comfortable owning multiple projects within the team and reporting on their success.
• Growth Marketing Mindset: you prioritize data-driven strategies, customer-centric approaches, and iterative experimentation to drive scalable and sustainable revenue growth.
• You have at least at least two years of experience in Social Media Management. Favourably in the consumer market field.
