Your mission:

As our Social Media & Digital Communication Manager, you are the digital mouthpiece of LOWA. You will be responsible for managing our social channels and developing creative, cross-channel strategies and content that showcase our brand in an authentic and inspiring way. You bring our content to life - with a flair for storytelling, community building and data-based optimisation.

- Developing and implementing social media strategies with a focus on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Creating, planning and publishing target group-orientated content on the aforementioned platforms
- Establishing and maintaining collaborations with influencers and other relevant partners
- Community management and interaction with followers and users
- Coordination with international distribution partners for content synchronisation
- Analysing and evaluating the performance of social media campaigns and deriving optimisation measures
- Monitoring trends and developments in social media and influencer marketing
- Support in the editorial support and maintenance of the website and coordination in the cross-channel publication of content (new products, stories, events, etc.)
- Support in the creation and dispatch of newsletters
- Ongoing collaboration with Brand Communications, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Trade Marketing
- Close collaboration with athletes, influencers, partners and events
- Management of external partners and agencies

Your profile:

- Completed training or studies in the field of marketing, communication, media
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media & online editing
- Confident handling of CMS systems, CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), social media tools and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Creative flair for brand communication and storytelling
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
