Your will help strengthen our reputation as the frontrunner in carbon neutrality and circular economy within the building materials industry—engaging investors, policymakers, employees, customers, and the public alike.* Manage our global social media channels (Company and CEO LinkedIn, Instagram), significantly boosting reach, engagement, and dialog* Implement state-of-the-art, creative campaigns and create content for our channels, combining text, image, graphics, and video* Drive our integrated social media strategy and editorial planning in close collaboration with the broader communication team and other business partners* Actively manage our social media community and corporate influencer network, fostering meaningful dialogue and interaction* Stay on top of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices, and track our social media activities in line with our 360°, insights-driven communication approach**YOUR PROFILE**You’re a digital native with a hands-on mindset, a sharp eye for trends, and a passion for turning complex topics into compelling, multi-format content engaging communities.* Degree in digital media, communications, or journalism* 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in a creative agency or corporate communications setting* Profound knowledge of all relevant social platforms, digital trends, and communities* Creative storyteller with the right technical skills and a passion for crafting engaging, multi-format content* Excellent writing and verbal skills in German and English (native-level English a plus)* Strong interest in current economic, social, and geopolitical developments* Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders with agility and precision* Highly organized, quality-driven team player with a proactive mindset and preference for fast-paced environments**OUR OFFER**We are convinced that only those who successfully realize their personal goals can also fully contribute professionally.
