Our social team is growing, and we are seeking a Social Media Manager to join the team and lead our biggest global channel, Instagram. You’ll be the gatekeeper of Yepoda on Instagram – keeping the channel fresh, fun, and true to our brand. You’ll move fast on trends and listen to our community, all while being mega organized, managing multiple channels and stakeholder requests.

Your tasks
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our social media team, delivering Yepoda’s brand values to Instagram and our community. In this role, you will:
- Manage the overall health, pace and organization of Yepoda’s Instagram, translating strategy into clear weekly and monthly plans across all Instagram channels (we currently have five accounts!)
- Stay connected to the wider social and brand calendars to ensure Instagram reflects key brand moments across markets.
- React fast to trends, and take initiative to start them – turning ideas into Yepoda‑fit concepts through briefing, copywriting, scripting, filming and editing.
- Work closely with the content team to create for Instagram, briefing the team ahead of live dates, and owning anything reactive, leaning on the content team for support.
- Collaborate closely with the influencer team to bring creator content to life on Instagram and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Keep Yepoda’s tone of voice and visuals consistent, ensuring every post feels instantly recognizable and on‑brand.
- Attend local and international shoots to quickly update our communities on these events and launches.
- Track Instagram performance weekly and monthly, translating analytics into clear insights and actionable next steps for the team.
- Use Dash Social to identify patterns and content opportunities, test new features, and share learnings with the broader team.
- Keep our Notion spaces and workflows organized (very important!)
Your profile
- Around 3‑4 years of experience managing social media brand channels with proven results – you can explain the idea, the edit, and the impact behind your work.
- You’re very organized and know how to plan a calendar, manage briefs with multiple teams, and proactively manage deadlines.
- An Instagram‑native mindset and strong creative instincts: you move fast on trends, know when to start them yourself, and aren’t afraid to pitch ideas that stand out.
- Confidence across tools like CapCut, Canva and Dash Social (or similar).
- A collaborative, positive approach, you love bouncing ideas with creative, design, and influencer teams and know how to keep projects moving smoothly.
- A solid grasp of analytics, where you respect the data, can translate it into clear insights, and know how to balance numbers with creativity.
- Impeccable English skills in both written and spoken (other languages are a huge plus).
