The Job

Social Media Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on editorial management and influencer marketing. Part of the digital marketing team, responsible for the German & Alpine region (GALP) and for developing and implementing social media activities that support business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Editorial Management of Social Media Channels

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute content tailored to specific target audiences across all relevant Stanley Black & Decker brand social media accounts, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative content strategies and storytelling approaches to increase engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.
• Proactively monitor social media channels, manage community interactions, and foster positive engagement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of social media initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – Digital, Product, and Brand (local and central) – and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand representation and maximize the impact of social media activities.

Influencer Marketing & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and engage with relevant influencers who align with the brand’s values and campaign objectives to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Strategically develop, coordinate, and oversee influencer collaborations, from initial concept through execution, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and campaign goals.
• Continuously assess and measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing detailed evaluations and recommendations to inform future collaboration strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing brand social media channels, ideally in an international environment.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability in all assigned tasks.
• Independent, structured, and meticulous working style with strong attention to detail even under tight deadlines.
• Strong proactivity and hands‑on mentality, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative.
• Team player with excellent communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker capable of implementing innovative ideas.
• German native speaker & fluent business‑level English (verbal, written, and presentation).
