The Social Media Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and execution of the company’s social media presence. This role focuses on hands‑on content creation, publishing, collaboration management, and direct interaction with the community. The position requires consistent execution, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with creators, partners, and users to ensure accurate representation of the brand and creative community.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels across relevant platforms
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, short‑form videos, static posts)
- Actively participate in content creation to support an authentic and relatable brand presence
- Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns and ongoing initiatives
- Manage collaborations with creators, influencers, and partners, including user‑generated content (UGC) sourcing, approvals, rights management, and scheduling
- Oversee sponsorships and co‑promotional projects in line with business goals
- Monitor and engage with the community across comments, messages, and mentions
- Use social media tools (e.g., Emplifi or similar) to schedule, monitor, and report on performance
- Track key performance metrics, prepare insights, and optimize content and collaboration strategies
Your experience and qualifications
- Essential: Proven experience in hands‑on social media management
- Demonstrated ability to create and publish social media content independently
- Experience managing collaborations, creators, or user‑generated content
- Familiarity with social media management and automation tools (e.g., Emplifi, Sprout, or similar)
- Experience interacting directly with online communities in a professional context
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
- Understanding of creative communities and collaborative workflow
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages is a plus
