Responsibilities

Technical implementation of the product vision
Follow new trends in the industry and apply them in a solid way to the product
Convince a team to follow best practices and a technical vision
Management and mentoring of a team of 15+ distributed software developers
Ensuring compliance with software development standards
Cooperation with product management in refining technical requirements
Cooperation with the scrum masters to continuously improve development procedures
Report directly to the CTO

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical degree
Several years of professional experience in software development
Experience in designing and leading a team to good technical solutions
Outstanding knowledge in the Java, JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
Very good understanding of C++/Rust ecosystems
Fluent in English and B2 or better in German
