As a platform for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce enables efficient management of customer relationships—with Apex, a purpose-built programming language used to develop custom features and automations directly within Salesforce.

You can look forward to:

• Further development and customising of our Salesforce CRM system using Apex (Salesforce’s object-oriented programming language)
• Support in test automation to ensure code quality
• Contribution to deployment tasks (e.g. using Azure DevOps)
• Implementation of best practices into our systems based on Hannover Re’s own architecture
• 3rd-level support and consulting for Product Owners regarding the practical implementation of new ideas

You come equipped with

• Several years of professional experience in agile software development
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics and/or completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in Apex development (Platform Developer I (+II)) and Salesforce customisation (Platform App Builder) is desirable
• Experienced developers from Java or C# backgrounds with a strong willingness to learn Apex are also welcome
• Business-fluent German and English as well as a passion for collaboration and innovation
