Responsibilities

• You work hands‑on on features and entire products – not just tickets.
• You create, validate, and implement your own ideas, often in collaboration with users and our team.
• You participate in all stages of the product lifecycle – design, development, deployment, and support.
• You take responsibility: from UI decisions to deployment pipelines and security scans.
• You contribute directly to customer support, including bugfixes and demos.
• You co‑develop real use cases with customers and collaborate with marketing to make them visible.
• You regularly attend conferences and user events to stay close to the ecosystem and our customers.

Qualifications

• Have a background in computer science or a comparable STEM field.
• Bring experience in modern software development and a strong interest in cloud-native, serverless technologies – especially Atlassian Forge and AWS.
• Want to shape the future of collaboration tools with simple, smart, and maintainable solutions.
• Think in terms of end‑to‑end ownership: from first sketches and prototypes to UI/UX, frontend (React), backend, DevOps, and product delivery.
• Enjoy talking to users, fixing bugs yourself, and learning from real-world use.
• Are comfortable in both German and English and like working in a collaborative, agile team.
• Either know Atlassian tools or are excited to dive into this space.
