Software Developer (m/f/d) – Backend (Python/TypeScript)

For a renowned company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking an experienced freelance Software Developer (m/f/d) to support a project in the field of Quality Data Analytics. Projektbeschreibung Independent backend development using Python and TypeScript (FastAPI, Hono.js) to enhance an internal analytics dashboard.Programming and integration of RESTful and gRPC-based APIs.Connection and management of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.Implementation, maintenance, and execution of unit and integration tests (e.g., Pytest, JEST, Vitest, Cypress).Creation of technical documentation and test results in compliance with GxP standards.Application of DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, AWS) for deployment and orchestration.Active participation in agile processes (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Dailies). Project Framework Start Date: 03.11.2025Project Duration: at least 30.06.2025Workload: 70%Remote Option: 100% Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in development with TypeScript/Node.js.Basic knowledge of Python.Minimum 5 years of experience in API design, including REST (5+ years) and gRPC/connectRPC (3+ years).Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL beneficial).Minimum 5 years of experience in unit testing (Vitest/Jest beneficial).Basic experience with Cypress.Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is beneficial.Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience (Helm/Kubernetes, AWS) and basic knowledge of Jenkins/CI.Basic knowledge of Data Engineering is desirable.
