WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on the web technology.
• Hands‑on detail‑oriented management of ongoing deliveries to ensure consistent delivery to customer and business needs.
• Work closely with product managers to define project objectives, roadmaps, identify risks with mitigation plans, and discover the best solutions for our customers.
• Be agile in responding to shifting priorities, ensuring clarity for teams and maintaining focus in dynamic environments.
• Own the architecture and technical direction of web component systems, ensuring alignment with long‑term business objectives and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of all systems.
• Set high technical and quality standards, including performance optimization, automation, and process efficiencies.
• Partner with third‑party vendors on key infrastructure for purchase and account management, ensuring high‑quality deliveries.
• Grow a team, both through internal development and external hiring.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with an international team in a virtual environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years leading teams of highly‑skilled software engineers working on large, complex applications.
• Strong web development experience.
• A passion for engineering excellence and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas.
